By checking the SMS consent box on a form at 406frontdesk.com, you agree to receive SMS text messages from 406 Front Desk (operated by 406 Front Desk LLC). Checking the box is optional and separate from submitting the form. These messages may include:

Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
Missed call follow-ups — so you never lose a lead
AI receptionist responses to your inquiries
Service notifications relevant to your account or demo request
Promotional offers — only if you've separately opted in to marketing messages

2 How We Collect Consent

Consent is collected explicitly through a separate, optional, unchecked-by-default SMS-consent checkbox on a web form at 406frontdesk.com. Only checking that box opts you in to receive SMS messages from 406 Front Desk — entering your phone number or submitting the form does not. Consent is never required as a condition of purchase or service.

3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your activity and the services being used. For demo requests, you can expect 1–3 messages during the demo session. For ongoing service clients, frequency will vary based on appointment activity and business needs.

4 How to Opt Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

  • TEXT Reply STOP to any message you receive from us — you will be immediately unsubscribed.
  • TEXT Reply CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE — these also remove you from our list.
  • EMAIL Contact us directly at admin@406frontdesk.com to request removal.

7 Messaging Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. 406 Front Desk does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
