406 Front Desk provides AI-powered front desk services for local businesses, including automated text and chat messaging, missed-call follow-up, website chat, appointment booking and scheduling, lead capture and routing, review requests, and related communications. Features and availability may change over time as we improve the service.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or submit a request through our website. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3 SMS messaging program

406 Front Desk LLC operates SMS messaging programs on behalf of itself and its business clients. You consent to receive text messages only by checking the separate, optional, unchecked-by-default SMS-consent checkbox on one of our or our clients' web forms. Providing your phone number or submitting a form does not by itself enroll you in SMS messaging. Depending on which consent box you check, messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes, account and service notifications, customer-service communications and responses to inquiries, and — where you have separately and optionally consented — promotional or marketing messages. Messages are sent from 406 Front Desk LLC or the specific client business on whose behalf the program operates (for example, "[Business Name] (powered by 406 Front Desk)").

Appointment availability shown through our service is provided for convenience and is not guaranteed until confirmed. We are not responsible for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or changes made by the business.

6 Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided through automated messaging will be complete or accurate.

7 Carrier liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the transmission limitations and availability of your wireless carrier's network, and 406 Front Desk does not guarantee that any message will be delivered. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

8 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 406 Front Desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
